DELIVERY

Shipping is free to UK mainland on orders over £25 and under 2kg.

Orders will be shipped by Royal Mail 1st Class; these deliveries are not given a tracking number unless requested. Extra charges may be incurred for this.

We aim to dispatch your order within 1 – 2 working days. Delivery should then be within 4 – 5 working days from placing your order.

CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS

Please email us at contactus@jivanaspices.co.uk to enquire about order changes, returns and/or cancellations.

PAYMENT

All major Credit/Debit Cards are acceptable methods of payment. All goods remain the property of Jivana Spices until paid for in full.

Many of our spices are sourced internationally, from approved suppliers.

The following allergens are regularly handled by Jivana Spices and their approved suppliers. Whilst our in-house handling procedures ensure the risk of cross contamination is reduced or eliminated, we cannot guarantee however that trace amounts of these allergens may not have been present at some point in the manufacturing process.
